Your satisfaction is our priority! While we do not offer refunds on custom orders unless there is a defect or mistake on our part, we are happy to work with you to resolve any concerns. For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
